1. Services

YJ Autobody provides mobile car repair services including (but not limited to) scratch repairs, dent removal, wheel repairs, resprays, paint protection, headlight restoration, and detailing.

We aim to deliver professional, high-quality services, but exact outcomes may vary depending on the condition of your vehicle and the type of repair required.

2. Bookings & Quotes

• Quotes are based on the information and/or photos provided. Final pricing may change after inspection of the vehicle.
• Bookings are confirmed once we have received your acceptance of the quoted service.
• We reserve the right to decline a booking if the damage or service required cannot reasonably be completed on-site.

3. Payments

• Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Failure to make payment may result in additional charges or recovery action.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a call-out fee.
• If weather or conditions prevent us from safely completing the service, we will reschedule at no additional charge.

5. Warranty & Liability

• We provide a satisfaction guarantee on workmanship for the agreed scope of service.
• YJ Autobody is not liable for:
  
  • Pre-existing damage or defects not visible at the time of service
  • Normal wear and tear after repairs are completed
  • Issues caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to maintain the vehicle after service
• To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-performing the service or refunding the amount paid.

6. Use of Website

• Content on this website (including text, images, and branding) is owned by YJ Autobody and may not be reproduced without permission.
• We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our site.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of NSW courts.
